HOW TO USE

Warm a small amount between your fingertips until softened.

Apply sparingly to dry or damp hair, concentrating on the ends, edges, nape, temples, or other areas that need additional conditioning.

Smooth through the hair with your fingers, brush, or comb. Use a small amount to finish and add shine.

Black castor seed oil has a longstanding place in African and Caribbean hair-care traditions. In Hair Balm™, it becomes part of a broader conditioning formula that combines black castor seed oil with botanical oils, shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being placed and provide a list of available options.

a. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you receive from us, you may return unopened packages for a full, no-questions-asked refund in the original form of payment. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges paid) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
